DETACHED BUILDINGS

When placing a yurt, it is important to consider the function of the yurt (what you will be using it for) and its size.

Depending on these parameters, an exemption from a permit is often required. Sometimes the installation of a yurt must be done under the supervision of an architect.

Ask Eric, the yurtman, for more information, free of obligation and free of charge, so that you know in advance when a permit and an architect are not required.

WHEN PLACING YURT WITHOUT LICENSE

There is a maximum of 40 square meters of free-standing outbuildings per house. Please note: pre-existing detached outbuildings are also included.
The exemption does not apply if the detached outbuildings are erected in a spatially sensitive area.

PLACING YURT WITHOUT PERMIT

Does your future yurt meet all of the above conditions? Then you can immediately start working! It is therefore not necessary to report to the municipality, apply for a permit or involve an architect!

YURT WITH LICENSE

If you also want to use the yurt as a home, you always need a permit, even if you meet the above conditions. woning, dan heb je altijd een vergunning nodig, ook al voldoe je aan bovenstaande voorwaarden.

So if you let yourself build a kitchen, install a shower, install rooms ... then you still need permission.

HOW TO APPLY FOR YURT?
